2.1. The information, prices and images presented on this site are subject to change at the discretion on Onyx Trophies and without prior notice. Some awards/trophies are not kept as stock items and must be ordered from our suppliers. This process is dependent on the supplier and courier.

4. Cancellation

4.1. You (Customer) have the right to cancel any order. This can be done via telephone, E-mail or by message on the website.

4.2.1. If wish your order to be cancelled after proofing but prior to production, you (Customer) will be refunded if payment has been made.

4.2.2. If wish your order to be cancelled after proofing and production, you (Customer) will be responsible for payment in full and unable to claim refund unless agreed with a member of our sales team.

5. Returns

5.1. Any returns will be accepted but are subjected to prior agreement with our sales team.
